Patient details: Low Acuity 2 year old girl, G-B, O2 dependent, developmentally delayed but thriving, active and loves to play with her toys, likes interactions, attends school, looking to find a supportive team.

Case Eligible for Bonus.

Compensation: $22/hr - $29/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities forLicensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for:
  • Nutrition via a feeding tube
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal
  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)

• Current, active Texas LVN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• Fluency in Spanish preferred

*Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Parents and/or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus.
