This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. * Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, services, and company procedures. * Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs. * Enter and update customer information, service orders, and notes in company systems. * Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently. * Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent (required). * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and email systems. * Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
