Onboarding Coordinator

Job Description

Our Onboarding team collects essential technical and operational details from new clients to enable effective support from our Helpdesk and Engineering Teams.

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing client onboardings and coordinating various projects, interacting mainly through virtual meetings and phone calls. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically skilled, and dedicated to ensuring smooth client transitions.

Key responsibilities include leading the onboarding process by gathering necessary client information and facilitating meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will also coordinate with departments and resources, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all required data is captured for Helpdesk support readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar field
  • Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals, including networking and network devices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
