About the Team

The Enterprise Insights & Analytics team is the trusted advisor to executive leadership, solving the company’s most critical business challenges with data-driven insights and analytics solutions. Our work spans across domains and functions, giving us a unique mandate: to connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and unlock enterprise-wide value. We operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making — giving you direct exposure to senior management and the opportunity to influence the company’s direction at scale.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Scaled Analytics Solutions to lead the evolution of how insights are delivered across the enterprise. This role goes beyond dashboards and reporting — you will define and execute the vision for AI-enabled, automated, and self-serve analytics solutions that empower business leaders at all levels to make faster, smarter decisions.

A key part of your mandate will be to pioneer, shape and execute AI analytics roadmaps. You will help define how emerging technologies — such as conversational analytics, natural language query, predictive insights, and AI-assisted automation — can transform decision-making and operating models.

You will work closely with engineering, AI/data science, and enterprise stakeholders to bring these roadmaps to life, ensuring that the right technologies are adopted, scaled, and embedded into the way the business runs. At the same time, you’ll help shape how the analytics team operates—driving clarity in priorities, execution, and enterprise-wide impact.


This is an ideal role for candidates with consulting, analytics, or data product management experience who want to step beyond pure insights delivery into vision-setting, influence, and innovation at scale.

Responsibilities:


Deliver Next-Generation Analytics Solutions

  • Identify opportunities to transform existing dashboards with AI-driven and automated analytics solutions.

  • Partner with engineering and AI/data science teams to design and deploy capabilities such as conversational analytics, natural language query, and predictive/self-serve insights tools.

  • Evaluate, implement, and scale emerging BI and GenAI tools (e.g., Looker, ThoughtSpot, Tableau with natural query, or other AI-driven platforms).

  • Shape the roadmap for next-gen insights delivery, moving beyond traditional reporting toward automation, personalization, and intelligent recommendations.

Data Product Management

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements for data, analytics, and AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Governance teams to ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives.

  • Build trusted partnerships across the enterprise, serving as both a strategic advisor and a data/AI ambassador for the company’s evolving insights portfolio.

  • Own and drive the AI analytics roadmap for business stakeholders (e.g., defining how Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions will leverage next-gen AI/analytics capabilities to deliver insights, automation, and decision support).

Amplify Organizational Impact

  • Act as a force multiplier for the team by helping manage team priorities and resources.

  • Lead the team’s operating rhythm to ensure initiatives are aligned with enterprise strategy and delivered with focus.

  • Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and adoption of new analytics technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related).

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, corporate strategy, or data product management.

  • Deep hands-on expertise with modern BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) and/or AI-enabled analytics solutions.

  • Proven track record of leading innovation in analytics solutions — from concept to adoption.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a forward-looking mindset.

  • Excellence in data storytelling and executive communication.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence across stakeholders and inspire teams to adopt new ways of working.

  • A “can-do” attitude and collaborative mindset that thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 119,000 - 179,000 CAD / Annual

United States - Frisco Office DAF : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
