Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and operational datasets
• Support the analytics team in building basic reports and data summaries
• Help maintain and update dashboards and performance tracking tools
• Identify basic trends and patterns in data to support team insights
• Prepare clear and simple data reports for internal teams and management
• Collaborate with senior analysts and department teams on data projects
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all platforms
• Participate in paid training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship sessions
