As the Senior Catering Director , you'll oversee all aspects of catering operations, from day-to-day activities to extraordinary event concepts. You’ll ensure each event meets impeccable quality standards and exceeds client expectations, all while mentoring and inspiring a talented catering team. This is your chance to collaborate with local community members and vendors, delivering events that range from intimate coffee services to prestigious VIP dining experiences on campus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance catering operations and drive revenue growth.
Manage all aspects of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, event setup, and seamless execution.
Build strong client relationships and foster customer loyalty through outstanding service.
Lead, train, and schedule the catering team, focusing on professional development, service excellence, and creativity in menu presentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• AS degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred
• High volume catering experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work at times with minimal supervision, and accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions
