Mentor managers and team leads to grow company leadership strengths and make recommendations for improving the overall quality and productivity of teams. Be an active part of our leadership team and collaborate with other leaders at NinjaOne.

  • Development of Software Applications - use your expertise to help lead the development of large-scale software applications. Make quality an invariant part of your work and help your fellow engineers continue to meet our quality-first standards.

  • Product Development: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from technical strategy to deployment. Drive velocity in our product development execution and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roll up your sleeves and code to actively contribute to the development process. Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices. Develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices.

  • Technical Roadmap: Collaborate across teams to define and deliver new products, features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business requirements.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software reliability and performance.

  • Technology Innovation and Research: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

  • 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles in a B2B SaaS company (engineering and engineering management positions), with experience in people management and development.

  • Strong background in software development, architecture, and infrastructure with a passion to stay active in coding and development.

  • Experience with cloud technologies and scalable systems.

  • Relentlessly pragmatic, you create solutions that are efficient, focused on results and that minimize risks.

  • Success history of hiring and building cohesive and high-performing engineering teams.

  • You love developing and growing people and have a strong track record of doing it.

  • Technical experience in enterprise software, firmware, operating systems and applications.

  • In-depth experience with diverse programming languages and the capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
