Pay Range: $18-20/hr (based on experience)

Your Role as a Leasing Consultant

You'll be the face of the community—touring prospective residents, supporting leasing efforts, and assisting with compliance-related responsibilities in affordable housing communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour and lease apartment homes
• Support residents with service requests and general inquiries
• Accurately complete leasing applications and paperwork
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing guidelines
• Assist with administrative tasks, marketing efforts, and resident events
• Uphold Fair Housing standards and provide exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of multifamily leasing experience
• LIHTC / Affordable Housing / HUD experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Proficiency in leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
