CLIENT HAS ONLY 2 HR TWICE A WEEK FOR ASSISTANCE IN BATHING AND GETTING DRESSED. THE CLIENT NEED TO BE SERVICED FOR TWO HOURS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM-12PM Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:- Bath
- Meal Preparation
- Oral Hygiene
- Shampoos
- Changing Bed linen
- Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
- Skin Care to prevent breakdown
- Assisting the patient with toileting activities
