If so, Brinson Auto Group wants to talk to you. We’re looking to add a Desk Sales Manager who brings energy, integrity, and leadership to the floor every single day. This role isn’t just about penciling deals. It’s about developing people, driving results, and building a culture that wins the right way. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: * Desk deals and support salespeople through every stage of the transaction * Train and coach the sales team daily on product knowledge, selling techniques, and process * TO deals and assist in closing with consistency and integrity * Track sales metrics and maintain gross profit goals * Build rapport with customers and maintain strong CSI standards * Lead daily sales meetings and maintain accountability across the floor * Partner with the General Manager and F&I to streamline deal flow * Monitor inventory and work with management to identify opportunities * Maintain a high level of professionalism and team morale * Promote and enforce dealership processes and compliance standards Qualifications: * Minimum high school diploma or GED * Previous experience in a dealership sales management or desk manager role required * Strong understanding of CRM tools, DMS platforms, and desking software * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Proven track record of performance and closing ability * Professional appearance and work ethic * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Working Conditions: * This position works primarily indoors with some outdoor activity * Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required If you’re ready to lead with purpose, develop a team, and be part of a group that believes in doing things the right way, we want to hear from you.
