We aren't looking for a "manager" to sit in meetings. We are looking for a High-Stakes Hunter —someone who loves the thrill of the chase and the art of the proposal. You will be the one who identifies the "whale," writes the RFP that sinks the competition, and shakes the hand that closes the deal.

YOUR DOMAIN: HUNT | WRITE | WIN

• The Commercial Face: Act as our lead diplomat. You will own the room in high-level client meetings, government negotiations, and C-Suite presentations.
• The Master Scribe: Take total sovereignty over the RFP & Bid process . You will craft the narratives, structure the pricing, and package our technical brilliance into "impossible-to-ignore" winning proposals.
• The Enterprise Hunter: Identify, target, and close high-ticket consulting deals (Cloud Migrations, AI Integration, Data Engineering) and proprietary AI product sales ( JerichoAI.io , Acavate.ai ).
• The Network Catalyst: Leverage your existing Rolodex of CIOs, CTOs, and Procurement Officers to bypass gatekeepers and generate an immediate, massive pipeline.

WHO YOU ARE

• A Full-Stack Closer: You don't need a marketing department to find leads or a writing team to draft a bid. You are a self-contained revenue machine.
• Technical Authority: You speak fluently about AI and Cloud. You can talk "shop" with engineers and "ROI" with CFOs.
• Proven Pedigree: You have a documented track record in GovCon (Government Contracting) or high-level B2B Tech Sales .
• The 15% Mindset: You aren’t looking for a "safe" salary. You want the 15% commission because you know your worth and you intend to break our payroll system.
