EHS Manager

Due to growth and customer demand, we are recruiting for a EHS Manager with regional responsbilities to join our team. This a virtual role, and candidates located in Texas or Mexico are preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
In this role, you will collaborate with and support our Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment and is comfortable interacting with regional and site-level teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee site-level EHS programs, ensuring compliance with international, national, and local regulations.
- Oversee and improve incident management systems , including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
- Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs , including exposure assessments and control strategies.
- Ensure environmental compliance across global operations, including permitting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional EHS teams and site leaders to align global standards and share best practices.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to site EHS personnel.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to EHS strategy development.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
A minimum of five years of progressive EHS experience in a regional capacity, including substantial exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in incident management, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proficient in EHS management systems and data analysis tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 training and experience.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%–15% for business needs.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related EHS discipline.

Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
