This Customer Service Representative/Customer Support Specialist position starts at $18/hr plus. Plus, an opportunity for a pay increase within the initial first 90-days! There are many exciting benefits and perks to working with us.

· Answer inbound telephone calls and speak with Customers and Team Members to take their orders, answer questions, and resolve inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
· Communicate effectively and clearly, with a kind, friendly voice with Customers and Team Members. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Assist at local and national FFN events.
· Participate in communicating promotions and campaigns to the field, including over the telephone and online.
· Gather accurate contact information and perform accurate data entry necessary.
· Light filing and clerical work will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
· Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Chat
· Customer service/support experience
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· High school degree
· Reliable
