Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room.
- Prepare patients and surgical suites before procedures.
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures.
- Maintain sterile field and surgical safety protocols.
- Monitor patient condition throughout surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and surgical tech teams.
- Handle emergency and trauma surgical cases efficiently.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedules.
