Product Marketing Manager

LaSalle Network has partnered with a food tech organization in seeking a strategic and self-driven Product Marketing Manager! This Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for their innovative tech services focused on inspection, testing, and certification within the food and beverage sector. This fully remote position plays a critical role in delivering clear, compelling value propositions to customers across diverse markets.

The ideal Product Marketing Manager will have a strong background in product marketing, with the ability to work independently across a global, cross-functional product team. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers based in Brazil, Europe, and the U.S., and report directly to the Director of Product Marketing in Italy.

Product Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and campaigns for new and existing tech services

• Translate complex product information into clear, customer-friendly messaging and content

• Build sales enablement materials that highlight differentiation and value

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and pricing

• Collaborate with product, sales, and regional marketing teams to align messaging across channels

• Own product launches and lead cross-functional launch planning

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Product Marketing Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the food & beverage tech, life sciences, or testing/certification space

• Proven ability to manage GTM strategy and execution across multiple global stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts into customer-facing messaging

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment

• Experience supporting a technical or B2B product portfolio
