This position will provide Desktop Support contact for the IT Department including triaging and resolving IT tickets related to hardware and software issues and managing IT inventory.

• Triage incoming IT requests/issues and work on technical issues related to workstations
• Troubleshoot computer/printer hardware issues and work with IT management to RMA or purchase equipment as needed
• Maintaining IT stock and work with IT management to update as needed
• Create and build upon existing documentation that pertain to the Desktop Support team
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year previous experience preferred
• Experience using and troubleshooting basic to intermediate issues with Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office Apple MacOS Apple iOS and Google Android
• Professional and courteous to internal end-users
• Skilled with building a working computer using compatible components
• Capable to work effectively on their own with little supervision
• Ability to develop test and implement solutions to unique or unusual problems detected during troubleshooting
