Imagine your first monthYou start with a warm welcome and clear project objectives. By week two, you’re collaborating on a new initiative—offering suggestions and helping put the plan into action. Your calendar includes regular team huddles where your input matters. In between, you keep our work environment upbeat and productive, while checking in with clients and stakeholders to ensure they’re supported. You close each week by scanning industry updates and applying what’s relevant.

- Related experience is beneficial but not required.
