Job Title: Case Manager – Plaintiff Personal Injury (Auto Accidents Focus)
Job Type: Full Time In Office

Position Overview:
The firm is currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to manage personal injury matters with a focus on auto accident cases. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury law, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to serve the firm’s diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of auto accident personal injury matters from intake through settlement

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer case-related inquiries

• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills

• Maintain thorough and organized case files

• Schedule medical appointments and coordinate treatments

• Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm (plaintiff-side preferred)

• Strong knowledge of auto accident claims and related medical issues

• Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office

• Effective communicator with a professional and empathetic client approach
