Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (approx.)
Security Clearance: Must be able to meet customer security requirements (moderate to high risk)

Responsibilities

• Support site preparation for contractor installation of racks, ranging from wall mount racks to multiple racks per site.
• Provide critical power circuits and grounding as specified in Engineering Package.
• Provide essential power convenience outlet circuits for alternating racks.
• Mount 4’x4’ Fire Rated Plywood for future mounting of Support Equipment.
• Install NAS Voice Recorder (NVR) cabling and monitors.
• Install Intellectual Property Value Chains (IPVCS) cabling and monitors.
• Support installation of new cable trays and conduits for racks, cables, NVR, IPVCS, APC, and TIR installations.
• Install fiber paths at each site as specified by FAA POC.
• Support site prep for LTE antenna installation on roofs and cable paths.
• Assist with general installation and construction efforts, including redlines into as-built documents.
• Remove and replace components, wires, terminal blocks, and connectors.
• Solder, splice, and install/repair various wire types including coaxial, shielded, solid, and stranded wires.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical components utilizing schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical data.
• Calibrate and repair audio equipment and voice communication systems to component level.
• Schedule performance verification with FAA TOR for equipment readiness.
• Install sensors, wires, cabling, radios, computers, and satellites in fast-paced environments and all weather conditions.
• Perform other related responsibilities as appropriate.

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.).
• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Email.
• Ability to meet customer security requirements; federal background check required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within the Central Service Area.
