Interim Controller
Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking an Interim Controller to lead their accounting function end-to-end.
- Oversee accounting department functions: G/L, A/P, A/R, Credit & Collections, F/A, International Accounting, and Payroll.
- Manage month-end close and optimize processes for speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Deliver financial statements and prepare monthly close packages for executives and the Board.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting for investors.
- Review contracts to ensure revenue recognition aligns with GAAP.
- Supervise and develop a high-performing accounting team to scale with growth.
- Enhance internal controls and drive development of internal policies and procedures.
- Oversee preparation of tax returns and manage financial audits end-to-end.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- CPA highly preferred; Big 4/public accounting experience a plus.
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a public company.
- Experience with SaaS or technology companies.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or Tier One ERP systems.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
