As a Retail Team Member , you are one of the first and last impressions our guests have during their visit. Your mission is to create a welcoming environment, deliver outstanding guest service, and work closely with your team to ensure every store is running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently. Whetheryou'rerecommending a souvenir, helping with a purchase, or keeping displays organized, your role is essential to the guest experience.

Teamwork

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Provide friendly, knowledgeableassistancewith purchases and product questions
• Handle transactions accurately using a POS system and offer prompt, courteous service
• Help resolve minor guest concerns or direct them to theappropriate leader
• Represent the Six Flags brand by delivering kindness, patience, and enthusiasm in every interaction

Retail Operations

• Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and the store clean and inviting
• Assistwith opening and closing procedures, including restocking, merchandising, and tidying up
• Learn and promote current sales, park specials, and souvenir options
• Follow all safety, security, and cash handling procedures
• Support other areas or departments when needed
