Patient Account Specialist Senior
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resolving unpaid medical claims through follow-up and collections activities.
- Communicates with patients, payers, and internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Identifies denial trends and supports appeals to maximize reimbursements.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, collections, and hospital A/R processes.
- Proficient in using payor websites, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma
