Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with expertise in developing and implementing innovative solutions. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creative thinking, and the ability to work in an Agile Scrum environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy and manage AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and work on multi-agent systems.
• Apply deep learning techniques to enhance model performance.
• Leverage data engineering and data science expertise to process and analyze large datasets.
• Demonstrate creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong communication skills (2-5 years preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience with GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies (at least 1 year).
• 5-10 years of experience in data engineering and data science.
• 2-5 years of experience in deep learning.
• 5-10 years of experience in machine learning and Python programming.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and multi-agent systems (at least 1 year).
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

Pay Range: $65 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
