Voya Financial Administrative Assistant Addison
Overview:
Seeking motivated, organized, and responsible professional to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to financial advisor, assisting in daily office needs and increasing the efficiency of the office. (This is not a remote job despite what indeed says)
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls as needed
- Scheduling client appointments
- Maintaining/updating client data in Salesforce CRM system
- Preparing paperwork / meeting materials for new and existing client accounts
- Tracking Required Minimum Distributions for clients and maintaining excel spreadsheet
- Follow up on submitted paperwork to make sure it is processed
- Calling companies to get information on client accounts.
- Updating marketing systems for email and social media marketing
Requirements and skills:
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Spanish speaker preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently once trained
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years administrative experience, Financial Service Industry experience preferred but not required.
