Job Overview:
The Facility Operations Lead will serve as the senior facilities authority on-site, focusing on power, cooling, resiliency, and building readiness. This role is critical for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of the facility, particularly in data center environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage critical facilities operations, including power and cooling systems.
• Ensure building readiness and resiliency to support operational demands.
• Provide expertise in cooling systems, with a strong preference for liquid cooling experience.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain and improve data center performance.
• Work across multiple locations, including Abernathy, TX, and Buffalo, NY, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in critical facilities and building engineering.
• Proven track record in data center operations, with AI data center experience preferred.
• Expertise in cooling systems, particularly liquid cooling.
• Experience with companies such as Equinix, colocation providers, Switch, or CyrusOne is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities and adapt to evolving operational needs.

Salary: 100-150K
