Job Title: Assistant Escrow Officer
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the real estate industry? We are seeking a motivated Assistant Escrow Officer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an established Escrow Officer, gaining valuable experience in front to back processing and handling preparation of CD/HUD Closing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare CD/HUD Closing documents
- Assist the Escrow Officer in managing high-end clientele
- Learn and support the Escrow Officer’s book of business
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow operations
- Proficiency in handling escrow transactions from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Licensed Escrow Officer or ability to be licensed
