Our current portfolio includes The Charles, Bar Charles, Sister, El Carlos Elegante, Cafe Duro, Casa Duro (Michelin Guide 2024 Key), Sister, Mister Charles, Norman's Japanese Grill, and The Chumley House. Duro Hospitality is opening two brand new concepts in a few months near the corner of Preston and Northwest Highway. We are beginning to look for our key leadership pieces. All positions are available. These roles are not for the average restaurant manager. Duro has become well known in the industry for taking great care of their people but we ask for a lot in return. If you pride yourself on being able to complete a schedule or order enough linen for the night then this isn't the position for you. Our leaders are bred and constantly trained to inspire our teams.
