Product Manager – Website & Landing Page Platform
PERQ is the leading digital marketing platform in multifamily. We help property management companies connect with prospective renters through personalized digital experiences that drive measurable results. As we expand our offerings, we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our new website and landing page platforms — two critical components of our next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution for both products. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders from across the business to build solutions that are not only beautifully designed and user-friendly but also aligned with our business goals and customer needs.
You’ll need to bring a strong understanding of SaaS product development, website UX, CMS platforms, and conversion best practices. Your focus will be on solving real problems for renters and leasing teams — delivering products that are valuable (customers choose to buy and use them), viable (they work for the business), and feasible (they’re technically achievable).
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility and the opportunity to shape PERQ’s product direction in a big way. You’ll collaborate across departments, lead through influence, and use data and customer insights to guide decision-making. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and excited about building digital experiences that truly make a difference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years working on technology-powered SaaS products as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with constraints using sound judgment, and present your thinking in a data-informed, well-structured format
- Proven ability to lead through influence
- Experience working with designers, engineers, and stakeholders in a collaborative environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with critical timelines
- Ability to travel to customer sites and conferences (<10%)
- Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies is a plus
- Experience with CMS, web design best practices, and site performance metrics is a plus
- Experience with Acquia or Drupal based technology is a plus
- Experience in the multifamily industry or with property technology platforms is a plus but not required

Salary Description
$90,000 – $115,000 / yr
