Roustabout Supervisor/Sales Representative

Looking for an experienced Roustabout Field Supervisor. Duties Included but not limited to:

• Oversee and Perform Facility / Maintenance Construction Projects 
• Perform bid walkthroughs
• Track and monitor the progress of Jobs
• Employee Interview and Hiring Process 
• Oversee and support projects, including ordering parts, lining out equipment & Labor, ordering rental equipment, etc.
• Enforce company and customer safety operations, which include safety inspections, safety meetings, and compliance.
• Conducts monthly equipment inspections and reviews maintenance compliance with the original equipment manufacturer
• Develops and maintains customer relationships with existing and new accounts
• Perform physical labor
• May be required to work outside of normal work schedule to meet customer needs
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Observe, counsel, and mentor employees field employees
• Collect and Verify employee tickets and turn in for payroll
• Make recommendations to Operation management in hiring, discipline, and termination of employees
• Evaluates short-service employees and determine additional training

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• 5+ years Oilfield Supervisor experience 
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Knowledge of roustabout maintenance and new construction
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic Knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft word and excel.

Preferred (but not required):

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Physical Requirements:

• Physical activity, including long periods of standing and sitting.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Travel will be required to various job locations. Travel may be required for meetings and conferences

Typical working conditions and hazards:

• Significant amount of time driving will be required.
• Work is performed in all weather conditions and may be either in a shop environment or outside in the field in all temperatures.
• Able to perform duties with protective equipment and H2S respirator where required
• Potential hazards include working near or with heavy tools and moving machinery
• Potential exposure to loud noises, airborne toxins, solvents, flammable atmospheres, and industrial chemicals
