Position: Landscape Enhancement Crew Member
Location: 3801 Prairie Ln Austin, TX 78728
Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work
What You’ll Do:
Install landscape upgrades on established commercial properties (plants, mulch, color, lighting, etc.)
Execute enhancement projects from seasonal rotations to minor construction and softscape renovations
Work alongside foremen and designers to bring property improvement plans to life
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, professional worksite with minimal disruption to clients
Deliver high-quality results on time and on budget
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in landscape installation, enhancement, or maintenance
Strong eye for detail and design — especially plant layout and color coordination
Ability to read basic landscape plans and follow instructions
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
Valid driver’s license preferred
