Coordinator, Paid Social
As Coordinator, Paid Social at Mod Op , you will be in a key role managing and implementing paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. This is not a content creation role. Content will be provided in most cases, by client teams and/or internal creative teams.
Success in this role will be determined by your ability to implement quickly without error, contribute to improving operational processes, accuracy/efficiency in completing deliverables, quick responses to client requests and a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization.

Essential Functions
Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including:
- Build and optimize paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and campaign set up, implementation and management.
- Develop audience strategies and manage bidding/optimization.
- Support the Paid Social Lead with the day-to-day management of campaigns, reporting, and related tasks.
- Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and optimization
- Work closely with third-party vendors such as Facebook to ensure implementation of recommendations and follow best practices for processes.
- Manage creative projects with our internal team or the client and keep track of deadlines, feedback, and other vital project details.
- Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce innovative approaches that will contribute to Mod Op’s success.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, data, or another related field
- Internship experience in social preferred
- Knowledge of the basics of paid social metrics
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic
- Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency.
