Golf Shop Attendant (Full-Time)
- Guest Assistance : Greet guests as they arrive, provide excellent customer service with name recognition, and assist with the movement, cleaning, and storage of golf equipment.
- Cart Barn Maintenance : Ensure the Cart Barn and all related work areas remain clean and organized at all times. Regularly inspect and maintain golf carts to ensure they are ready for guest use.
- Course Staging : Manage the staging area, ensuring carts are in proper order and ready for play. Assist with starting and maximizing play on the golf course.
- Practice Areas : Maintain cleanliness and functionality of practice areas, including range balls, teeing areas, and putting greens.
- Course Knowledge : Be knowledgeable about the golf course layout, policies, and procedures to assist guests effectively.
- On-the-Spot Service : Provide personalized service at every opportunity, whether in the parking lot, staging area, or driving range, ensuring all guests feel welcome and attended to.
- Customer Service : Greet guests as they enter the Pro Shop, providing excellent service with a focus on personalized attention and product knowledge.
- Product Knowledge & Sales : Be knowledgeable about golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, assisting guests with product recommendations and guiding them through purchasing decisions. Stay informed about new products and trends in the golf industry to provide up-to-date advice.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operation : Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, manage cash registers, and handle payment processing.
- Inventory Management : Assist with stocking shelves, managing product displays, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure the shop is well-organized and fully stocked. Report low stock items to management as needed.
- Visual Merchandising : Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail space, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and the store is visually appealing.
- Promotions & Events : Assist in promoting sales, special events, and seasonal offerings. Provide guests with information about upcoming golf tournaments, sales events, or club promotions.
