A facility near El Paso, Texas is seeking a Charge Nurse to join their Medical Surgical team! $15,000 Signing Bonus!
Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00/hour
Charge Nurse Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Night Shift; three, 12-hour shifts
Oversee daily operations of the med-surg unit, ensuring safe staffing, patient flow coordination, and adherence to clinical standards
Provide leadership to nursing staff by supporting clinical decision-making, resolving unit issues, and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery
Charge Nurse Qualifications:
- New Mexico or Compact RN License required
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Previous Charge nurse or nurse leadership experience preferred
