Position: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns and will work closely with our sales, production, and installation teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our products and services

- Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction

- Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or issues

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and offer suggestions for process improvements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Experience in the construction or building industry is a plus
