Staff Up is Hiring a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Coordinator/ Operations Specialist.

Pay: $20.00

Schedule: Monday through Friday 3:30 PM-12:30 AM, Flexible on weekends.

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator / Operations Specialist to join our warehouse operations team on 2nd shift . This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, troubleshooting inventory discrepancies, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support daily warehouse operations and inventory transactions.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to manage inventory.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and reverse logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency.
• Assist with order fulfillment and inventory reconciliation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Inventory Control, Operations, or Warehouse Coordination.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis preferred).
• Strong inventory control and cycle counting experience.
• Quality assurance experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
