Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years MICU/MSICU experience License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred, CCRN preferred Must-Have: Candidates without the following skills will not be considered for the role: 2+ years MICU/MSICU experience BLS ACLS Description: This position requires an experienced Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. Candidates will be assigned according to patient acuity and skills. Familiarity with all ICU equipment, including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, and GE Cardiac Output monitors is essential. Experience with documentation systems such as Meditech is preferred. Candidates will perform various procedures, including central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and other ICU procedures. The general dress code includes royal blue scrubs, clean and healthy nails without artificial enhancements, and neat, clean hair. Facial hair should be cleanly trimmed.
