Cake Decorator

As a Dunkin' cake decorator, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing cake orders, managing inventory, preparing icing, decorating cakes, and maintaining product displays, all while adhering to sanitation procedures and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing:  Receive and process online, phone, and in-person cake orders. 
• Inventory Management:  Manage cake, icing, and decoration inventory. 
• Cake Preparation:  Prepare icing, stock decopacs, and follow sanitation procedures.
• Cake Decoration:  Decorate cakes according to design standards. 
• Product Display:  Maintain and stock product displays according to quality and merchandising standards. 
• Customer Service:  Maintain a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Other Duties:  Potential for working in other areas of the restaurant. 
• Cleaning:  Clean work areas, wash counters and restrooms, and perform other cleaning tasks. 
• Maintaining the Cake Freezer:  Maintain and clean the cake freezer, organize stock, and calculate inventory.
• Health and Safety:  Adhere to health and safety regulations by maintaining product freshness and sanitation. 
• Packaging, Labeling, and Pricing:  Package, label, and price cakes. 
• Fulfilling Customer Orders:  Design, prepare, and decorate cakes to fulfill customer orders. 
• Delivering Cakes to Customers:  Deliver cakes to customers.
