3rd Shift Machine Operator

salary: $39,520 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Handle machine setup, material loading, and general operation.

Process Monitoring: Preheat sintering ovens to specific temperatures and monitor tube dimensions using SPC programs.

Quality Assurance: Use precision measuring devices like calipers, micrometers, and pi tapes to ensure tubing meets strict specifications.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, complete production reports, and create labels for finished goods.

Workplace Standards: Follow 5S practices and standard work instructions to maintain an orderly and safe work area.

The essential functions of this role include:
