Inside Sales Specialist
POSITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inside sales order processing
- Account management
- Once an order is received, the order must be confirmed to the customer and sales representatives.
- All orders must be processed promptly.
- Answer all incoming phone calls within two-three rings.
- Must be able to support three or more outside sales representatives.
- Research products.
- Prepare quotes for customers and sales representatives.
- Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested.
- Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond.
- The ability to accurately read various types of documents is necessary to do the job.
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- The ability to effectively communicate with other employees and supervisors.
- Self-starter to stay busy.
- Take direction and work closely with supervisors to develop positive relationships.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, primarily Microsoft Office Products and Outlook.
- Packaging knowledge preferred.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE - High School Education or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with customers in a similar environment
