Compensation & Perks:

• $16/ hour + Commission to start | Raise to $16.50/hr after your first 200 hours (to reward reliable & punctual employees)

Experience You'll Gain:

We love candidates that already have these ⬆️⬆️⬆️ , but we are willing to train the right candidate!

We are seeking candidates to work 15-20 hours/ week. The best applicants have general availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Hill Country Galleria (13500 Galleria Circle, Suite U110, Bee Cave, TX 78738)


• Shifts we are hiring for:
  
  


• AM Shift (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F)


• PM Shift (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F)


• Weekend Shifts (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm)

Your Day Includes Tasks like...

• Warmly greet customers by name


• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership


• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)
  


• Sell memberships and earn commissions


• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. ( MIndBody software experience is a plus!)
  


• Give each new guest a studio tour


• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests


• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area


• Assist with administrative duties such as texting and calling leads and membership assistance


• Expectation is for 20 calls made each shift
