At InsuraTec , were hiring Remote Sales Managers to help us meet nationwide demand for life insurance and financial protection. Whether youre already managing people or just stepping into leadership, we provide everything you need: a 100% scripted sales process , inbound leads , and a 33% close ratio from set appointments.

Youll be leading from the frontclosing deals, building a team, and earning the rewards of your production.

What Youll Do:

Run virtual sales appointments using a step-by-step script

Manage your personal book of inbound leads

Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps (optional but encouraged)

Help team members follow our proven system to drive their own success

Track progress, coach performance, and participate in leadership calls

What You Need to Succeed:

Leadership or team-building mindset

Background in sales, team management, or customer service a plus

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using CRM and virtual tools to manage workflow
