Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Openwork is hiring a dependable Picker/Packer – Warehouse Associate for a growing company in Houston, TX. We're looking for someone with previous picking, packing, inventory, or general warehouse experience who takes pride in accuracy and getting orders completed correctly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Bag and package products according to specifications
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and inventory counts
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Use shipping software to process and track outgoing packages
• Assist with inventory organization and stock accuracy
• Perform light warehouse duties, including cleaning and housekeeping
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
• Learn and assist at multiple warehouse workstations

During the interview, candidates will have an opportunity to see the different workstations and learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of picker/packer, warehouse, inventory, or general warehouse experience required
• Previous picking, packing, packaging, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product numbers, quantities, and labels
• Inventory or shipping experience preferred
• Experience with ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, or similar shipping software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse
• Warehouse is not climate-controlled
• A large spot cooler is available within the warehouse
• Position includes picking, packing, bagging, inventory support, cleaning, and other light warehouse duties
