Will Call Clerk
We're hiring a Will Call Clerk for our Southeast Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Will Call Clerk
- Location: Southeast Houston, TX
- Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: C oordinating day-to-day Will Call operations for the Shipping Department; Assist drivers, verify shipments, process paperwork, and ensure accurate, safe, and timely loading of orders; Maintain frequent communication with internal departments and customers, maintaining proper documentation, and promoting workplace safety and organization.
- Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of PVF (pipe, valve, and fittings) industry experience
- Ability to speak and read English; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Forklift operation skills and ability to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with support and work in a warehouse environment
