Industrial Forklift Driver

Express Employment Professionals of Denton County is hiring for a dedicated and skilled individual to help our concrete manufacturing client with their material handling operations. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and are passionate about safety and productivity, we want to hear from you!
First and Third shifts available with up to 20 hours of overtime offered each week!
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to load pallets of materials onto flatbed trailers
- Safely handle and transport heavy materials throughout the facility.
- Use tablets and scanning technology to track orders, scan pallets for accuracy during loading, and update inventory records to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in loading flat bed trailers efficiently.
- Experience in heavy material handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Industrial setting with exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and heavy machinery.
