Senior Superintendent

Join a leading team in the construction of cutting-edge Data Centers as a Senior Superintendent. This role is responsible for on-site coordination and management of all phases of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Superintendent will play a key role in overseeing subcontractors, managing project schedules, and maintaining compliance with specifications and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications and standards.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with contracted scope of work and safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure all deficiencies are addressed.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress, communicating issues to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of jobsite activities and progress.
• Manage multiple job sites as needed, ensuring consistent oversight and quality.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor activities and assist in planning future work.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate ongoing work and address project needs.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality or scheduling issues.
• Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform punch list identification and ensure completion of outstanding items.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management in support of project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience required.
• At least 1 year of data center construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Experience with Yardi, Procore, and Prolog preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Division 2-10 trades (concrete through finish).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Demonstrated leadership in directing subcontractors and vendors, and resolving on-site issues.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards on the job site.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and foster collaboration.
• Adaptability to changing work environments and project demands.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, grasp, push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds as needed.
