Ross & Champion, CPAs has an opening for a full-time firm administrator/executive assistant to join its progressive tax accounting firm. We are seeking an exceptional professional to join us and work as a key team player together with our staff, owners, and clients.

Reporting directly to ownership, this position will support client relationships and be responsible for client deliverables through the planning, execution, direction, and completion of client project needs. Additionally, our ideal candidate understands the actions needed to be client focused from start to finish; collaborate with the internal team of professionals; and follow our ethics requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in monitoring business operations, specifically:

· Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Keep office operations organized, efficient and running smoothly.

· Prepare packaging of client tax returns, scanning, e-filing, and collection of sensitive client documents; Experience with Lacerte filing process is desired; the right candidate can be trained

· Support monthly firm accounting tasks and client billings.

· Coordinate accounts payable and client receivable operations

· Day to day administrative support such as phone, scheduling, managing office supplies and other general office duties.

· Organize and maintain facility space to keep everything in working order for expected needs

· Strong interpersonal communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
