Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Manager of Systems Engineering to join our Stratus team at CVS Health. The Stratus team manages the relationships with our internal clients at CVS, the vendors that provide necessary services for our applications and our technical vendors which provide invaluable support.

Bin this role the Manager of Systems Engineering will help build applications for Stratus, which touches upon many critical business areas within CVS. The team works on a variety of projects from POS debit and credit initiatives to pharmacy requests. Flexibility is essential to learning these concepts, which translates to solid deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in C programming
• 5+ years' experience in Python Scripting
• Experience with Open VOS command macros
• Experience working in a command line environment
• Knowledge of OLTP (Online Transactional Processing) and “event driven” processing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, Socket connections (IP's and ports), Firewall usage
• Knowledge of security concepts: TLS connectivity, Certificates and trust stores PII, PHI and PCI data, Vulnerability resolution

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience.)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$44.57 - $98.05

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
