New Grad Nurse Residency
Join the compassionate team at HCA Healthcare as part of our New Grad Nurse Residency program, designed to develop the necessary skills and knowledge needed in the nursing field. This program provides an enriching environment that bridges the gap between academic nursing education and practical clinical experience. At nearly 2,000 sites, including hospitals and surgery centers, you'll receive mentorship, hands-on training, and the opportunity to participate in a variety of challenging and rewarding patient care scenarios. Our aim is to nurture newly graduated nurses to become confident and competent professionals in a supportive patient-centered healthcare setting.
