QUALIFICATION

• Experience utilizing LinkedIn, and other social media; and/or Job boards
• Internet Researching and Knowledge of Boolean language is highly required, but not a requirement.
• Must have the ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications/tools;
• Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives;
• Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions/members of team;
• Strong organizational and planning skills are essential to the success of this individual;
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, professionalism with experience using general Microsoft Office Skills.
