Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Architect position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program- 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial design projects, particularly in hotels, casinos, or restaurants- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows- Must have completed both education and work experience in the U.S.- Able to commute and work in-office Monday through Friday (no remote options)- Skilled in collaborating with team members across disciplines to produce architectural documents- Field survey experience and ability to manage project documentation and coordination tasksSalary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
